Welcome to dexigndimension! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and hiring our architectural & interior design services.

1. Scope of Work & Quotations

All project estimates, quotations, and 2D/3D design layouts provided by dexigndimension are tailored to the initial requirements discussed. Any subsequent additions or changes in materials, layouts, or scope will be billed separately.

2. Payment & Milestones

Clients agree to follow the agreed-upon payment schedule (Advance deposit, material procurement stage, and final handover installment). Delays in scheduled payments may affect the project completion timeline.

3. Timelines & Execution

Standard residential interior projects take between 45 to 60 days post-design approval. Delays caused by site unavailability, client-requested modifications, or force majeure events are exempt from standard deadline guarantees.

4. Warranty & Quality Assurance

We offer up to 10 years of warranty on specific structural and modular materials as outlined in your individual contract. Warranty terms apply only against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All 3D renderings, architectural drawings, and custom designs created by dexigndimension remain our intellectual property and may be used in our portfolio/gallery unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
